Last weekend, a pink dump truck with a white cab was seen dumping concrete in Timber Ridge. This dumping was not authorized, and the developer will get stuck footing the bill for removal. The developer, Farmers Bank, and builder, SAB, have filed a police report with the city.
Farmers/SAB does allow TR residents to take/deposit small amounts of natural Earth on the unfinished lots, as long as it is for or from your TR lot, and does not contain any garbage, concrete, twisted metal, glass, etc.
What happened last weekend looks like some jerk had their old driveway puled up and re-done, and dumped the debris on us instead of paying to haul it off.

If anyone sees the pink dump truck return, please call the police immediately, and report what you can to the police and to Adrienne at SAB.
