The next TRV HOA Board meeting will be held at the Shawnee branch of the JoCo Public Library at 6:30pm on Thursday, August 26th. The address is 13811 Johnson Dr Shawnee, KS 66216. This meeting will be in-person (Note, this is the same library where we met in April, – it is NOT the “Antioch branch” on Shawnee Mission Parkway).

- Discuss need for new treasurer for next election cycle
- Discussion of electronic payments for HOA Dues
- Discussion of adding gutter cleaning to HOA Dues or having “opt in” neighborhood rate
- Issues with unexpected / unannounced digging work
