The next TRV HOA Board meeting will be held at the Shawnee branch of the JoCo Public Library at 6:30pm on Thursday, June 24th. The address is 13811 Johnson Dr Shawnee, KS 66216. This will be our first in-person meeting in over a year. This is the branch to our West, in Shawnee Kansas, NOT the “Antioch branch” in Merriam, on Shawnee Mission Drive.
There will not likely be a zoom link or dial-in number for this meeting as the Kansas contact restrictions have expired.
We will be discussing a proposed amendment to permit teleconference meetings on an ongoing basis. This amendment would not take affect until/unless a majority of lots approved it at the annual meeting.
