Check your mailboxes! KINBAN / Farmer’s Bank has announced that it will be handing the HOA over to us on November 17th.
KINBAN Inc. will be holding a meeting at their offices at 14231 Metcalf, Overland Park, KS 66223 at 6pm on the Tuesday the 17th. All interested in the turnover should attend.
The meeting will address any remaining obligations of Centennial/Farmers, and the election of five HOA directors from the neighborhood.
