The next TRV HOA Board meeting will be held in the back yard at 6624 Wedd Street, Merriam, Kansas 66203 on Wednesday, August 19th, 2020. This is lot 46 on the west side of Timber Ridge. Same time as always (6:30pm).
Dress for the heat as this will be outdoors. There is moderate shade from tree cover at this location. If cancelled by rain, we will announce a new date at least one week out.
No online or remote attendance mechanism is planned. Due to Covid-19, please plan to bring any masks or other materials you feel necessary. Electricity, whiteboard, projector, etc may not be available. We will maintain safe distance at the meeting.

Minutes, Finance, AC Requests, and Bylaws reports (any violations reported, or letters sent)
Schedule next board meeting.
Monument maintenance update.
Review of Trash/Recycling/Yard Waste options.
Handoff of Treasurer functions.
