Our bylaws do assume that we will ‘choose a location within Johnson County’ for board meetings, and require that we announce such a place. To satisfy that requirement, I chose the courtyard of Antioch Library at 8700 Shawnee Mission Pkwy, Merriam, KS 66202. Our bylaws also permit all persons to attend board meetings remotely via electronic means. To comply with state stay-at-home orders, and best practices recommended by the state of Kanss, all board-members will be attending remotely. No persons will be allowed in the library during the meeting, so please connect via Zoom.
