    NOTICE:  As of 2018, THIS PAGE IS NO LONGER MAINTAINED. Use the Document Center to obtain covenants. Here’s a copy of the HOA covenants and restrictions, retrieved mid 2014. They are both PDF downloads. Let me know if April emailed out anything newer. As far as I understand though, they shouldn’t have changed since then.
